An Am Law 100 firm is seeking an experienced Title & Survey Senior Attorney to join its Real Estate practice. This non-partnership track role focuses on managing and coordinating title and survey review for complex commercial real estate transactions across the firm. The successful candidate will work closely with deal teams, title companies, surveyors, and borrower's counsel to identify and resolve title and survey issues, facilitate transaction execution, and support successful closings. Responsibilities include leading title and survey review processes, analyzing title commitments and related documents, collaborating with attorneys to develop practical solutions, managing workflows across multiple transactions, and supervising paralegals. This role also serves as a subject matter resource on title insurance and survey matters, advising on complex issues and emerging best practices.

A minimum of five years of relevant experience in title and survey review for commercial real estate transactions, preferably gained in a large law firm or national title company
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar membership in the United States
