National, remote opportunity for an experienced product liability attorney to join a major litigation practice on a non-partnership track. The role focuses on defending manufacturers, suppliers and resellers across industries in product liability and toxic tort matters, including coordinated and multidistrict proceedings.

The position requires strong case-management and client-service skills, independence in handling matters, and hands-on experience with briefing, discovery, document production, and causation/failure analysis. The team handles complex, high-profile commercial and product-liability disputes and seeks collaborative, technically capable litigators.

15+ years of post-qualification litigation experience, with substantial product liability or commercial litigation background
Proven ability to manage cases with a high degree of autonomy and lead teams in complex matters
Experience drafting briefs and correspondence, responding to written discovery, and overseeing document collection/review/production
Experience with causation or failure analysis and with MDLs or coordinated state proceedings
Excellent written and oral communication and strong client-service orientation
Active bar membership in the state of residence and in either Washington or California
