A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced product liability attorney for a non-partnership-track Practice Attorney role, available fully remotely across its office locations. The role involves managing cases with a high degree of autonomy, working closely with clients, and helping them stay ahead of the plaintiffs' bar in a dynamic legal and regulatory landscape.

At least 15 years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation
Ability to manage cases with a high degree of autonomy
Strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude
Excellent client service and written and oral communication skills
Experience drafting briefs and correspondence and responding to written discovery
Experience managing document collection, review, and production
Experience with causation and/or failure analysis
Experience with multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
Active membership in the state bar of residence and in Washington state or California
