Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Paris. The role will involve advising on domestic and cross-border restructurings, insolvency proceedings and creditor-side and debtor-side workouts across industries.

The successful candidate will join a team handling complex, high-value matters and will be expected to develop and originate work in France and internationally. A portable client base and proven track record of building relationships with lenders, sponsors and corporate clients are required.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring and insolvency matters (domestic and cross-border).
Proven origination and client-management record; a portable practice is required.
Strong technical knowledge of insolvency frameworks and restructuring tools.
Fluency in French and strong English legal drafting and advocacy skills.
