Scientific Assistant (m/f/d) – Corporate Law

Join a leading business law firm in Munich and support our Corporate Law practice group. You will work closely with our lawyers on ongoing mandates, conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and prepare structured, comprehensible summaries. You will also assist in the drafting, review, and revision of pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents, as well as contribute to academic publications where applicable.

This position is ideal for candidates pursuing a doctorate, still studying, or completing their legal clerkship (Referendariat). Entry is possible at any time.

• First or second state examination with at least 'vollbefriedigend' (satisfactory) grades
• Excellent English skills
• Strong interest in economic issues and challenging work
• Enthusiasm for using new technologies in a legal work environment
• Structured approach to legal questions
• Availability of at least two working days per week
