Senior associate role in a well‑established international firm's Luxembourg office, joining a specialist Banking & Finance team. The role covers a broad mix of domestic and cross‑border financing work, including secured and unsecured lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, structured finance and securitisations, and related Luxembourg security arrangements.

The position involves advising banks, non‑bank lenders, institutional investors, corporate borrowers, funds and other financial counterparties, drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation, and managing transaction workstreams. You will work closely with colleagues across corporate, funds, tax and restructuring practices and will have client‑facing responsibility appropriate to your level.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Luxembourg or eligible to practise in Luxembourg.
Strong experience in banking & finance practice, ideally gained in Luxembourg or another international financial centre.
Proven experience advising on secured lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, structured finance/securitisation and/or debt financing.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills on finance, security and ancillary transaction documents.
Ability to manage multiple transaction workstreams, meet deadlines and work with a high degree of autonomy.
Commercial, pragmatic and client‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development.
Fluent in English and French; additional languages an advantage.
