Senior associate role in a corporate team focused on transactional, commercial and insurance-regulatory work. You will support cross-border matters with colleagues across APAC, the UK and Europe, and advise clients across a range of industry sectors including shipping, financial services and construction.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence and project timelines, advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and working with external advisers to deliver integrated transaction support.

The role offers responsibility for client relationship management, business development contributions and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.

5–10 years post-qualification corporate transactional experience from private practice
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on transactional documentation
Experience managing due diligence and transaction project teams
Understanding of insurance regulatory/compliance issues desirable
Excellent communication, time-management and client-facing skills; ability to mentor juniors
