Corporate Senior Associate – Emerging Companies & Venture Capital

A leading full-service international law firm seeks a highly motivated Corporate Senior Associate (4–5 years PQE) to join its Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice in Boston. This role offers the opportunity to work on a dynamic range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions, with a collaborative team of experienced attorneys across the firm's US and European offices.

• 4–5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on emerging companies, venture capital, and/or private equity
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and work effectively in a team environment
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to become admitted promptly)
