Senior Associate role in a leading corporate transactions & advisory team in Sydney. You will work on a broad mix of public and private M&A, private equity, corporate governance, restructures, joint ventures, capital raisings and general corporate advisory matters.

The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, managing due diligence and transaction workstreams, advising on corporate governance and regulatory matters, and supervising junior lawyers. There are frequent cross‑practice and cross‑border interactions with other advisors and stakeholders.

Admitted as a lawyer in Australia or a commonwealth jurisdiction
Approximately 5+ years post‑admission experience in corporate law (M&A, private equity, corporate advisory and/or capital markets)
Proven drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and foreign investment regulation
Ability to manage complex matters and supervise junior team members; strong commercial judgment and client focus
