Senior associate role within a market-leading Funds team focused on investment funds, superannuation and financial services. The team advises on the establishment, operation and capital raising for Australian and offshore funds across private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, renewables and private credit.

Based in the Sydney office, you will work closely with senior lawyers across the national practice on complex, cross-practice transactions and regulatory matters, including licensing and fund structuring. The role is permanent and offers hybrid working arrangements.

Experience in funds law or, alternatively, corporate or financial services regulatory work gained at a top-tier national/international firm or in-house team.
Strong interest in specialising in investment funds and fund formation (wholesale, retail, private funds, continuation vehicles, co-investments and related structures).
Demonstrated client service focus, collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
Ability to work across practice groups (eg, M&A) on fund-related matters and to advise on licensing and regulatory issues.
