Private Companies Attorney, Corporate — Palo Alto

Top-tier corporate group in Palo Alto is seeking a senior associate to join a global private companies practice. The role focuses on representing high-growth private and public businesses across formations, venture and growth financings, mergers & acquisitions, and day-to-day corporate matters.
