Senior Associate — Private Equity Real Estate, Sydney

The team is a specialist pure-play private equity real estate practice operating across the Asia‑Pacific region. The position provides clear opportunities for professional growth, cross‑practice collaboration and exposure to fund, equity-structured and credit-style real estate investment work.

• Background in private equity, real estate funds, real estate finance or commercial real estate; experience with structuring equity-style and/or credit/debt investments preferred.
• Strong drafting, legal analysis and client-facing skills; commercial judgement and the ability to handle complex, fast-paced matters.
• Comfort working collaboratively in a high-performance team and across specialist practice groups.
