Senior associate role within a well-established project development and finance team advising on large-scale infrastructure and development transactions across energy, transport, real estate and public infrastructure sectors. The team provides end-to-end support from project structuring and documentation through financing, construction and operation phases.

The role will act for lenders and sponsors on project, corporate and acquisition financings, including multisourced and cross-border transactions, and will coordinate internal teams and external counsel to drive matters to close. There is regular opportunity to manage small teams and work on complex, bankable financing structures.

Admission in Australia or another Common Law jurisdiction
4–7 years PQE in banking/finance
Experience across project, corporate and acquisition finance; syndicated and bilateral financings (secured and unsecured)
Strong knowledge of international finance documentation and cross-border transaction mechanics
Highly organised, deadline-driven and able to manage multiple work streams and small teams
