The team advises on procurement, tendering, project structuring, contract documentation, governance and risk allocation for both owner/developer and contractor clients.
This role offers exposure to high-profile infrastructure engagements and close collaboration with national teams including finance, environment & planning and property. You will work alongside experienced litigators and transaction lawyers to mitigate risk and deliver practical, commercially focused documentation.
The firm provides structured learning and development, mentoring, and support for business development and career progression. The team encourages use of advanced tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and quality of advice.
- Minimum ~3 years' post-qualification experience in front-end construction and infrastructure matters
- Private practice experience at a reputable law firm in Australia or internationally
- Strong technical drafting skills and willingness to adopt AI-assisted workflows
- Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships; collaborative and team-focused approach
- Experience mentoring junior lawyers and delivering high-quality client service under pressure
