The team advises on procurement, tendering, project structuring, contract documentation, governance and risk allocation for both owner/developer and contractor clients.

This role offers exposure to high-profile infrastructure engagements and close collaboration with national teams including finance, environment & planning and property. You will work alongside experienced litigators and transaction lawyers to mitigate risk and deliver practical, commercially focused documentation.

Minimum ~3 years' post-qualification experience in front-end construction and infrastructure matters
Private practice experience at a reputable law firm in Australia or internationally
Strong technical drafting skills and willingness to adopt AI-assisted workflows
Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships; collaborative and team-focused approach
Experience mentoring junior lawyers and delivering high-quality client service under pressure
