Senior-level role within a national corporate insurance and financial services team. The team advises insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries and financial institutions on regulatory, transactional and commercial matters across general and life insurance.

You will deliver high‑value work including financial services regulation and compliance advice, distribution and outsourcing matters, scheme transfers, insurance M&A, treaty and facultative reinsurance documentation, policy drafting and placement of specialist insurance lines.

Minimum 5 years post‑admission legal experience.
Experience in corporate or front‑end insurance work and reinsurance drafting.

Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid team environment and manage senior‑level matters.
