An established national law firm is seeking an experienced Senior or Managing Associate to join its market-leading Commercial Dispute Resolution team. This is a permanent, full-time position offered on a hybrid-working basis across multiple UK office locations.

The team is highly ranked in the legal directories and operates as a national service line. You will work closely with a leading partner, managing your own portfolio of disputes with partner oversight as required, ensuring a varied and broad experience.

Day to day you will advise a broad range of clients on commercial dispute resolution matters involving litigation, arbitration and mediation, while providing specialist pensions litigation support and helping to develop the firm's expertise in this area. You will collaborate closely with partners and the wider team nationwide, as well as the national Pensions team, and take an active role in business development, training, and the supervision and mentoring of junior colleagues.

A proven Commercial Dispute Resolution background with outstanding technical ability and a genuine interest in the field, with a minimum of 3 years PQE
Ideally, a specialism in pensions litigation and disputes, including professional negligence, rectification and complex member complaints
Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
A commercially aware, client-focused approach with enthusiasm for business development
Proven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team members is desirable
