Join a national corporate team as a Senior / Principal Associate, supporting a specialist indirect real estate and investment-structures practice. The role sits within an expanding group that acts on large, multi-jurisdictional transactions and combines corporate, private equity and real estate expertise.

Based in either Birmingham or London, you will work on M&A, joint ventures, fund and group restructuring matters embedded in the real estate sector. The role involves close collaboration with senior lawyers across offices, exposure to headline transactions, and opportunities to contribute to business development and sector initiatives.

Proven corporate law experience with hands-on transaction work (M&A, PE, restructurings).
Experience or strong interest in indirect real estate transactions, joint ventures and investment structures.
Familiarity with LP/LLP/JPUT structures desirable (training provided if needed).
Ability to lead matters, strong technical attention to detail, commercial judgement and client service focus.
Collaborative team-player with good business development awareness and commitment to professional growth.
