Join the growing financial professionals team in Bristol, handling high-value, complex and often international professional indemnity claims. You will act for leading accountancy, financial advice, pensions and insolvency firms, with work frequently involving fiscal and regulatory angles, including court proceedings, FOS and POS referrals, and support on regulatory investigations.

The team works closely with wider professional indemnity, commercial litigation, white collar crime and cyber practices, and is recognised as a leading professional negligence practice in the region. Qualified solicitor with 0–4 years' PQE (experience in professional indemnity claims, particularly financial professional claims, and coverage advice is highly desirable)
Strong interest in financial professional claims and their complex technical issues, with ambition to specialise
Good numeracy and interest in financial/tax matters
Solid academic record at degree and CPE/LPC level (or equivalent)
Excellent relationship and client handling skills, dealing confidently with insured and insurer clients
Self-sufficient with clear awareness of own competence and authority
Commercial, client-focused perspective with strong grasp of legal issues and ability to learn quickly
Positive, flexible and change-oriented approach
