We are an international law firm seeking a talented junior lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team in Manchester. The role will involve working on matters with colleagues across our global network, handling high-value, complex commercial disputes.

Our international Dispute Resolution team handles cases at all levels of national courts, in institutional and ad hoc arbitration, and in alternative dispute resolution including mediation. We represent corporates, funds, financial institutions, public sector bodies, and high net worth individuals. Our business is international, like our clients, and we regularly work in cross-border teams.

We operate as one Dispute Resolution team across our UK offices and internationally, often working in cross-specialty teams with colleagues in competition, real estate, tax, employment, and technology. The team handles all types of complex commercial disputes with particular specialisms in international arbitration, technology, injunctive relief (including freezing orders and search orders), manufacturing, agency & distribution, and competition litigation. The practice has a strong international focus, particularly with clients in Germany, the CIS region, and the Nordics.

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
2-3 years' PQE
Strong academic background and excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Proven UK experience in complex and high-value commercial litigation/arbitration
Experience of international arbitration work is desirable
