Admission as an Australian solicitor or equivalent legal qualification
Relevant experience in corporate and M&A matters at senior associate / solicitor level
Strong drafting, research and commercial advisory skills
Proven client-service focus and ability to work collaboratively in teams
Eligible to work in Australia (hold necessary visa/approvals if not a citizen or permanent resident)
