Established global finance practice is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level associate to support structured finance and securitization work across its US platform. The role focuses on SPV financing facilities and other structured transactions, including warehouse financings and related lending matters.

Successful candidates will join a transactional team handling complex domestic and cross‑border financings and will work with lenders, sponsors and other market participants on sophisticated deals. The position is open to candidates to sit in multiple US offices.

3–8 years' law firm experience in structured finance/securitization (SPV financing, warehouse facilities, mortgage/asset securitizations)
Proven experience on syndicated and bilateral financings and related secured lending documentation
Strong academic credentials and high‑quality law firm transactional experience
Excellent drafting, analytical and client‑service skills; ability to manage deals in a fast‑paced environment
