Structured Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

We are seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level associate to join a national structured finance and securitization team. The role will focus on asset‑backed securities, SPV financing facilities, warehouse financings and related structured finance transactions.

The team is collaborative and hires across multiple U.S. offices (including Charlotte, Chicago and New York); candidates based in other U.S. locations will be considered. The position is eligible for the firm’s annual bonus program and standard employee benefits.

• 4–8 years' relevant transactional experience in structured finance/securitization
• Demonstrable experience with asset‑backed securities, SPV financing and/or warehouse financing
• Strong academic credentials and prior sophisticated law firm transaction experience
• Active U.S. bar admission (or eligibility to obtain promptly); excellent drafting and negotiation skills
