A leading international law firm seeks a mid to senior level associate to join its Finance & Banking practice in Charlotte, supporting a sophisticated structured finance securitization practice.

The role involves advising on SPV financing facilities and a broad range of other structured finance transactions for clients on complex, cross-border matters. The successful candidate will work within an established finance team on high-value, sophisticated deal flow.

The position is open to candidates with 3 to 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience (JD 2018–2023) and offers eligibility for the firm's annual bonus program, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and back-up childcare and eldercare support.
