We are seeking a mid- to senior-level associate (3–8 years' experience) to support our structured finance securitization practice, based in Charlotte. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated SPV financing facilities and other structured finance transactions within a collaborative national team.

Qualified candidates will have solid experience with SPV financing facilities and other structured finance transactions, gained at a leading law firm. Strong academic credentials and relevant, sophisticated transactional experience are required. Bar admission or eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction is expected.

Handle structured finance securitization matters, including SPV financing facilities and related transactions.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents and manage deals from inception through closing.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s national finance platform.

3–8 years of structured finance securitization experience, with a focus on SPV financing facilities and other structured transactions.
Strong law school academic credentials.
Relevant and sophisticated law firm and transactional experience.
Admission to the bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) in the home office location.
