Executive Compensation & Benefits Associate

We are seeking a talented executive compensation and benefits associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our Executive Compensation & Benefits Practice.

Our ideal candidate will have experience advising on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, with a particular emphasis on these issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions. Experience with equity compensation for corporations and partnerships, as well as IRC Sections 280G and 409A, is required. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials and superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• License to practice law in the hiring jurisdiction, or ability to become licensed prior to start
• Residency within the designated jurisdiction at or prior to time of hire
• Ability to work in the office at least three business days per week
