An established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Luxembourg corporate tax practice. The role focuses on advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions and structures across the Luxembourg market.

This is an opportunity to lead and grow a tax practice within a collaborative, cross-border platform, working closely with corporate, finance and funds teams on complex international matters.

The position is suited to a senior tax lawyer with strong transactional experience and an existing client following who is looking to take on a leadership role.

Admitted as a lawyer in Luxembourg (or equivalent EU qualification)
Significant experience in corporate and international tax, ideally within a top-tier or international firm
Strong transactional and advisory skills
Ability to lead and develop client relationships
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
