Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Significant experience in trade finance, project finance, and/or energy finance
Admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction (US or UK)
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a finance practice and mentor junior lawyers
Strong client relationships and business development skills
