- Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school
- 2+ years of traditional labor experience handling management labor relations (NLRB, elections, bargaining, grievance/arbitration)
- Admission to the Missouri bar
- Strong written and oral communication, research, and project management skills
- Familiarity with state and federal agency enforcement and protected concerted activity principles
