Stretto di Messina S.p.A. published two Rome legal-seat totals under Article 14 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 on 26 February 2026: €357,890.00 in total emoluments at 31 December 2025 for the interim head of Direzione Legale e Acquisti, and €197,062.50 for the head of Legale e Contenzioso. Neither filing splits base, bonus, or equity. The 2025 accounts record a statutory derogation, for employees of this company only, from the public-company pay ceiling in Article 11 of Legislative Decree 175/2016, under Article 14 of Decree-Law 104 of 10 August 2023. Board fees are a separate regime: the 6 June 2023 shareholders' meeting set aggregate board pay at €125,000 a year, €25,000 per member. Published emoluments only is what the public record supports.
