Top-tier Antitrust & Competition practice is hiring an associate to be based in New York or Washington, D.C. This role offers hands-on work on complex antitrust investigations, enforcement matters, and high-stakes private litigation, as well as cross-border merger advocacy and regulatory strategy for clients in sectors such as technology, AI, life sciences, and energy.

You will participate across case phases—from research and drafting to trial preparation—advise on compliance and risk-management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The group emphasizes professional development through mentoring, training programs, and exposure to high-impact matters.

1–3 years of relevant antitrust experience (law firm, government, or clerkship).
Experience with antitrust litigation, merger reviews (DOJ/FTC), investigations, or counseling.
Preferred background: prior clerkship or DOJ/FTC experience.
Strong academic record, excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work effectively on teams and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity or strong interest in antitrust issues in the technology and related sectors preferred.
Admission to the New York and/or D.C. bar.
