The role sits within a nationally recognised Construction & Engineering practice and covers litigation, adjudication and arbitration work for clients across sectors such as energy, transport, real estate and infrastructure.

The team operates collaboratively across multiple UK offices, providing strong technical support, partner mentoring and significant client exposure. The role offers responsibility from day one and the opportunity to work on a mix of domestic and international dispute resolution matters.

Qualified solicitor (SRA) or member of the Law Society of Scotland
Experience on complex construction disputes (litigation, adjudication and/or arbitration)
Strong drafting, advocacy and case-management skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills and a willingness to develop business and mentor junior staff
