We are seeking a Patent Attorney to join an intellectual property team in Milan. The role focuses on drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications, plus handling designs and models through to grant or registration.

The position includes advising on patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions and acting as counsel on patent disputes within the relevant technical sector. The role offers regular collaboration with patent specialists across other European and international offices and a hybrid/agile working policy.

Degree in electronic engineering or physics.
Registered Italian patent attorney (mandatario italiano); preparation for the European patent attorney exam in progress.
Experience in patent drafting, filing and prosecution.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office) and good command of English.
Proactive, problem-solving attitude; dynamic and comfortable working in teams.
