Join a national real estate disputes team delivering commercial and residential property litigation for investors, developers, occupiers and lenders. The role involves running your own caseload, supporting and supervising junior colleagues, and working alongside a national restructuring and insolvency team on insolvency‑related property and mortgage litigation.

Qualified solicitor (SRA route) or CILEX qualified
1–5 years' post‑qualification experience in property litigation
Demonstrable experience in commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes and mortgage/receivership litigation
Strong case management, technical drafting and client care skills; comfortable supervising junior fee‑earners
