Senior associate opportunity within a top-ranked contentious construction practice. The role focuses on construction-related disputes across litigation, adjudication and arbitration, with responsibility for leading matters and building client relationships.

The team acts for clients across sectors including energy, transport, real estate and infrastructure and operates across multiple UK offices. You will work on complex, high-value matters and use a range of dispute-resolution routes (adjudication, domestic and international arbitration, Technology & Construction Court litigation, mediation and expert determination).

Substantial contentious construction experience handling complex and high-value disputes
Familiarity with adjudication, arbitration, TCC litigation, mediation and expert determination
Proven matter management and commercial judgment, with contribution to business development
Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills; experience mentoring junior lawyers
Qualified and registered with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland
