Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia with 4+ years post-qualification experience in employment, workplace relations and/or work health & safety law
Proven ability to independently manage complex matters including litigation, investigations, prosecutions and regulatory engagements
Experience mentoring junior lawyers and building trusted client relationships
Strong commercial judgment, excellent advocacy and drafting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a national team
