Join a highly regarded UK restructuring & insolvency team advising on complex, cross-border restructurings, administrations and distressed restructurings across sectors such as energy, real estate, pensions and retail. The role is non-contentious and focused on transactional and advisory work within a broader banking and finance practice.

This is an opportunity to take early responsibility on high-profile matters while working collaboratively with specialists across practice areas and with international law firm partners on cross-border assignments. The team supports flexible and hybrid working patterns.

Relevant experience on restructuring, insolvency or distressed finance matters (associate or senior associate level).
Non-contentious, transactional advisory experience preferred.
Current SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration (or equivalent eligibility to practise in the UK).
Strong drafting, commercial judgment and ability to work on cross-departmental and cross-border matters.
