Join a market-leading Funds & Indirect Real Estate team in London on a specialist Associate role focused on indirect/corporatised real estate work. The practice advises on high-value corporatised real estate transactions including M&A and joint ventures, asset and investment management arrangements, and establishment of private REIT structures across asset classes such as logistics, PRS/BTR, student accommodation, office and retail.

The role provides regular exposure to complex, often cross-border mandates and the chance to work closely with senior lawyers and the wider funds and real estate groups. There are opportunities to develop client-facing experience, contribute to business development and work on high-profile, high-value matters.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 3-4 PQE.
Experience in indirect or corporate real estate transactions, or solid corporate M&A/JV experience transferable to indirect real estate.
Strong drafting, project management and commercial advisory skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border matters and to develop client relationships.
