An established UK law practice is hiring an Associate to join its growing Built Environment team in Birmingham. The role involves advising public, private and third-sector clients on a wide range of property development and regeneration matters, including development agreements, promotion agreements, disposals and joint ventures.

You will work on cross-sector development projects alongside an experienced team, handling transactional and advisory work, supporting senior lawyers on complex matters, and contributing to legal research and technical drafting. The team encourages collaboration, professional development and client-focused service.

Qualified solicitor with experience in property development, land use/zoning or construction-related real estate work
Strong legal drafting skills and the ability to give clear, commercially focused advice

Commercial and client-focused approach with enthusiasm for business development and networking
