Global law firm seeking a Capital Markets associate to join its Helsinki office. The role offers international, cross-border securities work covering debt and equity capital markets, securitisation and structured finance, and the chance to work on high‑quality transactions with colleagues across an integrated global network.

You will be entrusted early with substantive drafting, research and transaction support, participating in negotiations under partner supervision and helping to coordinate deal workflows and due diligence. The team offers a collaborative environment and structured development for associates building transaction skills in capital markets.

2–3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in capital markets, securitisation or structured finance
Experience drafting transaction documents, filings and term sheets; comfortable with due diligence and reviewing commercial contracts
Strong legal research, analytical and written communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced, cross-border teams
