Associate — Capital Markets, New York

Mid-level capital markets associate role on a national Capital Markets/Public Companies team. The position is based in New York (strong consideration for exceptional candidates in the West Coast office) and offers hands-on responsibility across debt, equity and convertible/equity-linked transactions.

The associate will manage day-to-day execution on active deals, draft and review offering documents and SEC filings, coordinate diligence and timelines, and advise on reporting, disclosure and corporate governance matters. This role bridges junior and senior coverage and provides regular client and underwriter interaction.

The team emphasizes mentorship, early responsibility on substantive workstreams, and exposure to a steady flow of sophisticated capital markets matters to accelerate professional development.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA‑accredited law school
• 3–5 years of capital markets experience, with repeated exposure to public securities offerings (debt, equity and convertible/equity‑linked transactions)
• Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters and working knowledge of U.S. securities laws, exchange rules, SEC reporting and corporate governance
• Ability to run day‑to‑day execution on deal workstreams, excellent drafting and communication skills
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility); California bar acceptable for West Coast consideration
