Top-tier national law firm is seeking a Healthcare regulatory associate to join its Boston healthcare practice. The role focuses on healthcare-related transactional and regulatory matters for clients across the provider, life sciences and health services sectors.

Typical work includes counseling on federal and multi-state regulatory issues, transaction structuring, corporate practice compliance, regulatory filings, and interpretation and application of statutes and rules such as Stark, the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and related authorities. The position will work on cross-functional matters with deal, regulatory and compliance teams.

J.D. and active bar admission (MA or eligible to be admitted)
3–6 years of healthcare regulatory and transactional experience
Experience with Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback Statute, HIPAA and multi‑state regulatory frameworks
Strong transactional drafting and negotiating skills; comfort working on cross‑disciplinary teams
Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated interest in healthcare law
