Associate (Judicial Clerk) — Litigation & Trial

Top-tier litigation practice is recruiting associates with prior judicial clerkship experience for multiple U.S. offices. The role is open to candidates who completed qualifying federal clerkships and are interested in appellate and trial-oriented litigation work.

The firm awards progression credit and a hiring bonus to candidates who have completed eligible clerkships; former U.S. Supreme Court clerks receive an additional bonus. Associates will work on complex, high‑stakes matters alongside experienced litigators and former clerks.

• Previous judicial clerkship(s) at the federal district, circuit, or Supreme Court level
• Strong legal research, drafting, and appellate advocacy skills
