Work will involve M&A, partnership tax, private equity fund matters, capital markets and financings across a range of industries. You will work with multidisciplinary deal teams and tax specialists across multiple U.S. offices.
- Minimum of 4 years of law firm experience in transactional tax
- Experience with domestic and cross-border M&A, partnership tax and private equity matters
- Strong drafting and technical tax analysis skills; comfortable working on deal teams
- Ability to collaborate across offices and practice groups on complex transactions
