Top-tier global law firm platform seeking mid-level corporate associates to join a dedicated Asset Management Transactions team. The group advises on the full spectrum of transactions involving asset managers, investment funds, broker-dealers, financial advisors and related financial services businesses.

Associates will work on M&A and investment fund transactions (including GP stakes and control deals), joint ventures, spin-outs and carve-outs, continuation funds, preferred equity and secondary solutions, and related regulatory and compliance matters. The role offers cross-border exposure and collaboration across US and international offices.

Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification transactional experience, with a focus on asset management M&A and GP-stakes or control asset management transactions
Demonstrated experience on fund-related transactions (continuation funds, secondaries, NAV financing, preferred equity) preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills on complex, multi-party deals
Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border matters and with interdisciplinary teams
