Senior associate opportunity in a copyright-focused transactional team within a major US practice. The role centers on commercial licensing, content and data acquisition, dispute settlement, and strategic partnerships for technology, digital media, and content-driven companies.

Work will emphasize principal-side deal drafting and negotiation of bespoke commercial agreements in the music/entertainment/content space and adjacent digital-media matters. This is a transactional role rather than M&A or finance-focused work. Multiple US offices are hiring for this position.

Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in technology transactions, IP licensing, or related commercial drafting and negotiation.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating bespoke licensing, content/data acquisition, and partnership agreements.
Comfort advising technology, digital media, or content-driven clients; entertainment/music experience a plus.
Strong written and oral advocacy, commercial judgment, and ability to manage deal execution across cross-functional teams.
