International law firm seeks an employment associate to join its Madrid team. The role involves advising corporate and institutional clients on a broad range of labour law matters, conducting employment audits, drafting and negotiating contracts and incentive plans, and handling individual and collective labour disputes.

The position includes work on multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary matters, internal investigations relating to workplace issues, and coordination with other practice groups and foreign offices. 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in employment/labour law.
Registered to practise with a Spanish bar association.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and a high level of English; other languages advantageous.
Strong technical knowledge, strategic judgment, ability to manage junior lawyers and work in cross‑functional teams; experience or interest in data protection and compliance is a plus.
