- 2-3 years of transactional finance experience (lending, ABL, or banking)
- Experience representing commercial lenders and/or borrowers on loan facilities
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable with credit agreements and security documents
- Juris Doctorate and active bar admission (or eligibility) in relevant jurisdiction
