Associate — Private Equity (Corporate)

Top-tier corporate team is seeking an associate with private equity transaction experience to join a busy private equity practice in the United States. The group handles the full lifecycle of private equity transactions, including buyouts, portfolio company work, fund-related matters and related financing and capital markets issues.

The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border and domestic deals across industry sectors, working with senior lawyers on sophisticated M&A and private equity finance matters. The team has a heavy transactional docket and represents a range of PE clients from growth to large-cap sponsors.

This position is open across multiple U.S. offices and is suited to candidates who want broad transactional experience in a fast-paced, collaborative platform.

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification transactional experience (private equity/M&A preferred).
• Demonstrable experience on private equity deals and related corporate documentation.
• Strong drafting and deal-management skills; comfortable on cross-border and complex transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple matters to closing.
