In-House Lawyer — Corporate & Compliance (multiple UK offices)

An established law firm is recruiting an in-house lawyer to join its UK legal team. This role sits within a general corporate and compliance function and will support commercial transactions, regulatory questions and governance matters for a range of internal stakeholders.

The post offers flexibility to be based at one of several UK offices and will suit a lawyer who can provide pragmatic commercial advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and work closely with business teams to manage risk. You will join a collaborative legal team with varied day-to-day matters and opportunities for development.

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience advising on commercial contracts, corporate governance and/or regulatory/compliance matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and the ability to distil legal risk for non-legal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and locations; adaptable to business priorities.
