Join a national law firm’s specialist motor recoveries team in Liverpool, handling a caseload of high-value, complex motor recovery claims. The team deals with fast track and multi-track recoveries, credit hire, fraud-related matters and related indemnity issues.

The role requires ownership of files from liability and quantum assessment through to conclusion, including instructing investigators and counsel, managing disclosure and Part 36/35 procedures, and complying with client SLAs and internal MI processes. You will also supervise more junior handlers and contribute to meeting team financial and chargeable-hour targets.

Experience handling high-value and complex litigated motor recovery files (motor recoveries/insurance litigation)
Practical knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and court processes
Proven ability to manage a full caseload, meet deadlines and achieve targets
Experience supervising junior staff and working with external counsel/investigators
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to file/MI compliance
