Join a nationally recognised, full‑service real estate team within a well‑established UK law firm. This role sits within the real estate department and focuses on knowledge, technical support and external profile building to help lawyers deliver consistent, commercially pragmatic advice across the property lifecycle.

Accountable to the head of client delivery, you will produce thought leadership, maintain and develop precedents and guidance, create and deliver training, monitor legal tech and provide technical research and advisory support to fee‑earners. The role requires close collaboration across offices and occasional travel.

UK‑qualified lawyer with strong real estate experience (around 7 years' post‑qualification experience).
Degree qualified or equivalent legal experience; strong academic/professional background.
Proven ability to write, present and translate legal and market developments for lawyers.
Experience or interest in knowledge management, precedent maintenance, legal tech and training delivery.
Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills; attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
