Senior-level insurance coverage role with a global, insurance-focused law firm. The position sits on the West Coast (open to multiple California offices) and supports national and international coverage matters within a collaborative, hybrid working model.

The attorney will advise insurers on coverage issues, draft coverage opinions and pleadings, and represent carriers in coverage disputes, including motion practice, discovery, depositions and court appearances. This is a growth-oriented role within an expanding West Coast coverage practice.

Minimum seven years' insurance coverage experience (coverage opinions and coverage litigation)
Proven experience drafting coverage opinions, pleadings and dispositive motions
Experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences and arguing motions
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to work collaboratively across offices
