Two-year litigation associate placement followed by a two-year secondment to a leading national Latino civil‑rights organization. The fellowship is designed for lawyers committed to public‑interest litigation and to developing strong courtroom and appellate skills.

Your first two years will be based in the firm’s New York office; years three and four will be based at the nonprofit’s headquarters in Los Angeles, with flexibility for regional placements (including Chicago, Washington, D.C., or San Antonio). Starting compensation is commensurate with a first‑year associate and is listed at $225,000.
