Associate / Senior Associate — Trade Finance, London

Solicitors' firm seeks an associate or senior associate to join a busy trade finance team in London. The role involves advising banks and corporate clients on trade and supply-chain finance transactions across documentary credits, receivables financings and asset-backed trade facilities.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating facility documentation, coordinating with syndication and security teams, and managing client relationships on cross-border matters. The team offers exposure to varied lenders, structured trade products and evolving regulatory issues.

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent common-law qualification.
• Experience advising on trade finance or supply-chain finance transactions (documentary credits, receivables, forfaiting, receivables securitisations or similar).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable managing lender and borrower-side workstreams.
• Ability to work in a team on cross-border matters and to manage client relationships.
